My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions, but the room was a bit dark and small, making it difficult to enjoy a bath or shower comfortably. The service was mostly friendly, although there was a letdown with one staff member. The dining options were decent, but the lack of a proper tea or coffee service was disappointing.

The room looked a little small and was quite dark, making it feel a bit spooky. While it had everything I needed, it was on the border of being four-star standard.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but there was a letdown with one of the maitre'd. They were unable to resolve an issue effectively.

The location was good, close to all the main sights and with free secure parking available. However, it was a bit far from certain attractions like the Alcazar.
